Once submitted, your Entry will qualify for the Grand Prize drawing and for available Early Bird Prize Drawings (if any). GRAND PRIZE DETAILS & EACH PRIZE’S CORRESPONDING RETAILS VALUES (“ARV”):
One (1) Grand Prize: One winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Phoenix, AZ and the opportunity to play to win a One Million Dollar Prize (“One Million Dollar Prize”), (paid, if won, in installments of $20,000.00 per year for 50 years (without interest) or as a lump sum of $510,000.00, based on winner’s choice), plus three (3) Smith & Wesson® guns consisting of a revolver, pistol and rifle, plus a $5,000.00 Sportsman’s Warehouse Gift Card (eligible only at Sportsman’s Warehouse). Grand Prize Winner may also receive a second $5,000.00 Sportsman’s Warehouse Gift Card according to the conditions described in the next paragraph. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize trip not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, ground transportation (other than as noted), meals (other than as noted) inflight charges, in room charges, fees, gratuities, incidentals, service charges, upgrades or insurance are the winner’s (and guest’s) sole responsibility. Guest must be 18 years or older and will be required to execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner and airfares at time of departure. In addition to the trip prize, and during the trip stay, the Grand Prize winner will have the opportunity to play for a chance to win a One Million Dollar Prize (as described above) by partaking in a shooting contest that will be supervised and filmed by personnel from the Sponsor. The shooting contest is defined as the Grand Prize winner taking two (2) shots at a target bank consisting of twenty (20) target spots each numbered and corresponding to twenty (20) sealed numbered envelopes (“Game Pieces”). If Grand Prize winner hits two (2) of the twenty (20) target spots, he or she will have the opportunity to open the numbered envelopes corresponding to the numbers he or she shot on the target. If he or she does not hit two (2) target spots, he or she will be entitled to select exactly two (2) sealed envelopes from a designated set of twenty (20) sealed envelopes. The set of twenty (20) sealed security envelopes will consist of two (2) sealed envelopes containing the matching grand prize-winning message and eighteen (18) sealed envelopes containing non-winning messages (“SORRY, NOT A WINNER”). WINNER SELECTION: Each Early Bird random drawing will be conducted from all eligible Early Bird entries received for a given Early Bird Prize drawing within five (5) business days after the end date of a specific Early Bird entry deadline. The random drawing to award the Grand Prize drawing and all other prizes will be conducted on or about February 13, 2021 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All random drawings will be conducted under the supervision of the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects related to the random drawings.
ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE: Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each Early Bird Prize Drawing and the random drawing to award the Grand Prize and additional prizes. Odds of Grand Prize winner winning the One Million Dollar Prize: 1:190.
WINNER NOTIFICATION & WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES: Each potential winner will be notified via email, telephone or overnight mail within three (3) business days after conducting a specific random drawing. If a winner is contacted via email or telephone, attempts will be made to contact each potential winner within a three (3) day period. If a potential winner fails to respond within three (3) days, or if email attempts are returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be determined using the same random drawing process stated above. In order to receive a prize, each potential winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability (except where prohibited) which must be signed, notarized and returned (along with any other documentation the Sponsor and/or the Administrator requires for prize fulfillment, such as, but not limited to, IRS W-9 Form, providing proof of identity, and various licenses or permits) within three (3) days of date printed on notification or the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be determined.
Any winner of a firearm must conform to all local, state and federal regulations as applicable and must make arrangements for delivery of prize with appropriate federally licensed firearms dealer as required by State and Federal law. No advertised item is intended for prize distribution, carry, use or sale in those states or in those areas where such item is prohibited by law, including Massachusetts and Washington. Prizes will be awarded within approximately sixty (60) days of winner verification, except in cases of delay of availability. Sponsor is not responsible for such delays. Winners bear risk of loss or damage for failure to pick up any merchandise prize. If a merchandise prize is not picked up after thirty (30) days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No prize is intended for sale or for prize distribution in those states or in those areas where the prize is prohibited by law. Any winner from the states of Massachusetts and Washington who is eligible to win a prize but where the award of the prize would otherwise be in violation of federal, state, or local law will receive an alternate prize of equal value selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. State and local laws, restrictions and regulations may limit or prohibit the sale, prize distribution, carry or use of certain prizes. If for any reason whatsoever, a winner is not able to accept a prize due to reasons such as, but not limited to physical impairment, mental disability, etc., s/he will receive an alternate prize at Sponsor’s discretion. State and local laws, restrictions and regulations may limit or prohibit the sale, prize distribution, carry or use of certain prizes. The mention of the prizes or any other product or service in any advertisement or text does not mean the products or services have been tested, endorsed or approved by Sponsor. No prize is redeemable for cash, exchange or transfer, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, who reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of similar or greater value if any prize, or any portion thereof, is unavailable. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes on prizes and other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to registration, license fees, insurance, and optional equipment, and all other unspecified costs associated with claiming, registering and/or using the corresponding prize. GENERAL: “Game pieces” that contain printing errors, are tampered with, illegible, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, distributed where prohibited by SCA or not obtained through regular channels will be deemed null and void. If through printing or production errors, more winning unique codes are printed and distributed than those prize quantities offered in the Official Rules, no more than the actual number of prize(s) per the Game’s Official Rules will be awarded. All game pieces are subject to verification. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used to verify game pieces and/or a winning attempt. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
